That is how the firm's founder learned it. Over fifteen years leading small teams through eight operational, combat, and crisis response deployments, Jonathan Cohen was coached the way Pharian now coaches others: a guided look at how he actually led, followed by months of follow-up on real calls. The guided self-assessment was what stuck, and it became the core of Pharian's method.
Pharian brings that method to businesses. Jonathan Cohen has spent his career in operations, consulting-style problem solving, and high-stakes decision making, advising senior leaders across a global enterprise on adapting to change.
He has a medical background and is completing his MBA at UNC.
The name comes from the Pharos of Alexandria, the lighthouse that gave sailors a fixed point to steer by.
