Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Decision Space (the "App"), provided by Pharian Holdings LLC ("Pharian," "we"). By using the App you agree to them.

1. Who can use it

You must be 18 or older. If you use the App for an organization, you confirm you may accept these terms for it.

2. What the App is, and isn't

The App provides AI-assisted leadership coaching to help you think through decisions. It is not legal, HR, medical, mental-health or financial advice, and it does not replace professional judgment. You are responsible for your decisions and actions. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact emergency services; in the U.S., call or text 988 for the Suicide & Crisis Lifeline.

3. Your license

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own leadership development, under these terms.

4. What you agree not to do

  1. Copy, modify, reverse engineer or try to extract the App's code, AI prompts, scoring methods or content, except where the law expressly allows it.
  2. Scrape, resell or build a competing product from the App or its outputs.
  3. Enter information you don't have the right to share, including clients' confidential, privileged or market-sensitive information. Describe situations by role, not by name.
  4. Use the App to harass, discriminate against or harm anyone, or for anything unlawful.

5. Your content

What you write in the App (decisions, plans, reviews) stays yours and is stored on your device. When you ask for coaching, the relevant text is sent to our service and our AI provider only to generate a response, as described in our Privacy Policy. You give us permission to process it for that purpose.

6. Our content and intellectual property

The App, its design, content, coaching method, and the names "Decision Space" and "Pharian" belong to Pharian Holdings LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark and trade secret law. These terms do not give you any ownership rights.

7. Subscriptions

Some features require a paid Pro subscription, billed through your Apple or Google account at the price shown before you buy. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.

Fair use. Pro is for your own leadership coaching. To keep the App fast and affordable for everyone, AI coaching requests are subject to a monthly fair-use limit set well above heavy everyday use. If you reach it, coaching pauses until the first day of the next month; the rest of the App keeps working. We may also limit use that looks automated, shared across people or abusive. We may change the limit with notice in the App.

8. AI output

Coaching responses are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuited to your situation. Use them as input to your own thinking, not as instructions.

9. Disclaimers and limits

The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Pharian is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for decisions you make using the App, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending use

You can stop using the App and delete your data at any time (Settings → Delete all my data). We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.

11. Apple App Store terms

If you downloaded the App from Apple's App Store: these terms are between you and Pharian, not Apple; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability, legal compliance or intellectual property claims; in the event of a failure to conform to any warranty, you may notify Apple for a refund of the purchase price, if any; and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will tell you in the App before they take effect. Continuing to use the App means you accept the updated terms.

13. Law and contact
