Privacy Policy

Effective November 1, 2026. Decision Space is made by Pharian Holdings LLC ("Pharian," "we," "us").

The short version

• Your decisions are stored only on your phone. We never keep the text of your decisions on our servers.
• To coach you, the app sends what you type to our server and to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate a reply. We do not store it after the reply is sent.
• Signing in is optional. If you sign in, we keep your email address (or your Sign in with Apple ID) and your scores, so your progress is saved.
• Your company sees group results only, and only once 5 or more people have data. It sees your individual scores only if you turn on sharing.
• By default, the app shares anonymous research data that is not linked to you. You can turn it off anytime.
• We do not sell your data, show ads, or track you across other apps.

What stays on your phone

Your profile, your purpose statement, your growth goals, your quiz answers, and every decision you work through, including the conversation, your plan and your reviews, are stored on your device. Deleting the app deletes them. We cannot see or recover them.

What leaves your phone

1. Coaching requests. When you talk a decision through, run a drill or practice a conversation, the app sends what you typed, plus your profile, quiz result and goals, to our server, which passes it to Anthropic to write the coaching reply. We use it only to answer that request and do not store it. Anthropic processes it under its commercial terms, which do not allow it to train models on this data. Anthropic may keep it for up to 30 days for safety and abuse monitoring, then deletes it.

The app asks you to use roles, not names, and offers to swap names and figures for roles before sending. Please do not enter client names, deal details or other confidential information.

Before the first coaching request, the app shows you exactly what is sent and where it goes, and asks for your permission. Nothing goes to the coach until you agree. You can withdraw that permission at any time in the app under Account, and playbooks, lessons, scores and your history keep working without the coach.

2. Your account (optional). If you sign in, we store your email address or your Sign in with Apple identifier, a sign-in session, and your progress: your scores, ranks and counts (decisions worked through, reviews, training items and assessments). Never the text of your decisions. This lets you keep your progress and use a company seat.

3. Company seats (optional). If you join a company with an invite code, its administrators see:

• seat usage, and group results (average scores, ranks and range across members), only once 5 or more members have synced progress, so no one can be singled out;
• leadership patterns, pooled only once 8 or more members have data: which leadership styles the group's decisions called for, how often people's reads matched what happened, which kinds of situations are hardest to read, and how often decisions get reviewed. These come from counts your app sends as a company member, never text, and are never shown for you individually; and
• your own scores, name and role only if you turn on "Share my scores with my company." You can turn it off anytime.

Your company never sees your decisions, conversations or goals.

4. Anonymous research (on by default). To study how leaders grow and to improve the training, the app sends research data tied to a random ID created on your phone. It is not linked to your account, name, email or company. It includes: your quiz picks, your competence scores, the leadership style each decision called for and the one you chose, review scores, the type of training you complete, and your sector, team size and years leading. It records the day, not the time. It never includes anything you type. Turn it off in Account → Research, or on the sign-up screen. Because it is not linked to you, we cannot find or delete past research data for a specific person; turning it off stops all future sharing.

5. Subscriptions. Purchases are handled by Apple. We use RevenueCat to confirm whether you have Pro. It receives your purchase status and a random app user ID, not your payment details.

6. Voice input. If you use the microphone, your speech is turned into text by Apple's speech recognition. We receive only the text, and only if you send it.

7. Reminders. Review reminders are scheduled on your phone. Their text is generic and never includes your decision.

Who processes data for us

We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

• Coaching requests: not stored by us.
• Sign-in codes: expire after 10 minutes and are then deleted.
• Sign-in sessions: expire after 90 days.
• Account and progress: until you delete your account.
• Research data: kept to study trends over time. It is not linked to anyone.

Your choices and rights

• Delete your account: Account → Delete account. This deletes your account, sessions, company membership and synced scores from our servers. Decisions on your phone stay until you delete the app.
• Stop research sharing: Account → Research.
• Stop sharing scores with your company: Account → turn sharing off, or leave the company.
• Access or correct data, or ask a question: email contact@pharianadvisory.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights to access, correct or delete your data. We will honor them for everything we can link to you.

Security

Connections are encrypted. Your sign-in session is stored in your phone's secure keychain. Only a hash of each session and sign-in code is kept on our server. No system is perfectly secure, so keep confidential details out of what you type.

Children

Decision Space is for adults in leadership roles. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and its effective date, and tell you in the app before any material change takes effect.
